The Cards
Rules
Each player picks a team card — Men's or Women's Division. Roll 2 dice and add your card's shot bonus — that's your shots for the game. Better teams shoot more. Life isn't fair.
Alternate shot by shot. Each turn: roll both dice — Red die is the column, Blue die is the row. Find that cell on your own card. GOAL means it's in. SAVE, CTO, PIPE, or MISS means it isn't.
When one team runs out of shots, the other keeps rolling alone until their shots are done too. No mercy. Double-digit finals are the norm — a shutout is a bad night at the office.
Most goals wins. Tied? There are no ties in lacrosse — go to Sudden Victory: alternate single shots, and the first goal the other side doesn't answer wins it. Then just roll, score, and blame the goalie.
Every team card in Grid Lacrosse is built from a full 2026 college season — Men's and Women's Divisions. Programs are tiered by how far they actually went, from national champions down to conference-title Cinderellas. Roll both dice, find your cell — GOAL, SAVE, CTO, PIPE, or MISS. Most goals wins.
Better teams shoot more. The gap between a champion and a long shot shows up on every possession. Goals come in bunches, the goalie has the day of his life at the worst possible moment, and the occasional pipe is just the universe being cruel.
The notebook ships to your door. Two dice (one red, one blue) are all you add.
