Grid Sports · Pen & Paper Baseball Game
Two dice, nine innings, 30 teams. Roll for column and row — HR scores a run, RUN scores a run, HIT or BB puts a runner on base. Your next HR scores 2. OUT or K and he's gone. Most runs wins. The White Sox card is exactly as bleak as you'd imagine.
The Cards

Rules
Each player picks a team card. Tier A teams (Los Angeles, New York) have more scoring cells. Tier D teams (Chicago, Colorado) have more Ks and OUTs. Play 9 innings each.
Each inning, roll 1d6 — on 1–3 you get 2 at-bats, on 4–6 you get 3. For each at-bat: red die = column, blue die = row. Find the cell.
HR = 1 run (2 if a runner is on base). RUN = 1 run. HIT or BB = puts a runner on base. One runner at a time — this isn't real baseball. OUT or K = nothing, runner is removed.
After 9 innings each, most runs wins. Tied? Each team gets 3 at-bats per inning until there's a winner.
Every team card in Grid Baseball is built from real 2025 offensive data. Tier A teams have more HR and RUN cells. Tier D teams have more Ks and OUTs. The difference between a top offense and a bottom offense shows up every inning.
HR = 1 run. If a runner is already on base, your next HR scores 2. HIT or BB sets the Rally Token — keep it alive and your next scoring cell is worth double. OUT or K ends it.
The notebook ships to your door. Two dice (one red, one blue) are all you add.
